I spent a couple hours yesterday and today converting the HTML versions of
these books on the Foresight website into LaTeX, and then producing PDFs
from that. If you're interested, you can download them here (they're each
about a megabyte):

I've sent an e-mail similar to this post to the webmaster at foresight.org,
so these might end up there as well. If you notice any typos or errors, be
sure to tell me via e-mail; I'll update the PDFs accordingly.
