hello all,
this is the first time i am writing to this group... well i just a phd
student so my knowledge may be limited in comparison with people here.
anyways i wondered if anybody has come across EDS analysis of semi
conducting nano particles. also i work with in any semiconducting
nanocrystal do the stoichiometric ratio of the anion and the cation be
exact???.. i mean is the crystal really really perfect???
