I'd like to know how strong is the electromagnetic power sent to an
apartment in front of a French GSM antenna.

The apartment is located around 0.80 to 4 meters upper of the antenna,
at a distance around 40 meters, it is not exactly in front of the
antenna, as there is an angle of around 32°.

There is two antennas:

Hauteur max. des antennes / sol : 40 m
Système Bande de fréquences
UMTS 1910.1 à 1915.1 MHz
UMTS 1964.9 à 1979.7 MHz
UMTS 2154.9 à 2169.7 MHz

Hauteur max. des antennes / sol : 38 m
Système Bande de fréquences
GSM 900/GSM 1800 890 à 915 MHz
GSM 900/GSM 1800 935 à 960 MHz
GSM 900/GSM 1800 1805 à 1880 MHz
GSM 900/GSM 1800 1710 à 1785 MHz

I have measured, estimated and computed distance to antenna in three
points of the apartment:

point A:
upper from an angle between 1 and 6°
about 30° in front of the antenna
at a distance of around 40 meters.

point B:
upper from an angle between 1 and 5°
about 21° in front of the antenna
at a distance of around 52 meters.

point C:
upper from an angle between 1 and 5°
about 39° in front of the antenna
at a distance of around 44 meters.

When I am confident in the angle values, I am not very confident on the
distances, which might be inaccurate of 10 or 20 meters.

What kind of electromagnetic effects should have the antenna to the
apartment?
