I have just started a website about the wind energy industry. I would
like to find authors to help write stories about both the good and bad
sides of the wind industry. Please take a look at the site and give me
feedback and let me know if you are interested in becoming a
contributor.

Can you advertise my perpetum mobile until you get advertisers?

This drawing concept should be around everywhere on clean energy sites
until
specifically proven not functional.

It will not function, because at any given moment of the proposed
rotation, the mass distribution will be the same as before. There will
be no motion, since there is no change in forces or balance.

Surely you could find lots of information on the web about historical
attempts at over-balancing wheels like that, and educate yourself as
to why they don't work.

I've got a 40 kw/m2 tower footprint that's mostly via wind.

Does that count?
