well.... I not anti hunting or guns.... however these imbicles take
the cake.... teaching hunting and guns to kiddies in order to
increase revenues on hunting licenses... amazing... 5,000 years
ago we had men 100 times brighter than that.

Yes, you continue to amaze me with stupidity

Ohio has strong youth firearms and hunting programs in Scouting and
4H. NRA grants partially fund these. The only thing they can get in
the schools is archery, and that is increasing.
Ohio DNR heavily promotes hunter safety classes and youth hunting
seasons prior to regular season.
I think Ohio is the only state with increasing sales of youth hunting
licenses. I wish WV all the luck in the world. |

Not a bad idea, but since West Virginia allows 10 year olds to apply for
a hunting license, I don't think they are starting young enough.
These lessons should start in the third grade.
Secondary schools shoud allow intermural rifle and shotgun competition.
Should be much safer, and more useful, than playing football.
Too many kids get injured in football and soccer.

US state weighing gun lessons for schoolchildren
We will teach a hunting safety course during their physical education

And all teachers should go through the CCW qualification and background
check.
The choice to actually carry should be on a "don't ask, don't tell" basis.
Keep the bad guys guessing. |

Here is an Illinois sharpshooting program for scouts as young as 10
years old. Targets only in this course, no hunting.
