goverment can track them. Yes, in the state of arkansas every major domestic
animal is chiped and registured with the goverment for "plauge" control. I
can not be 100% sure how far along they are for the rest of the "developed"
countries but they are pretty much done in the USA. My goverment has a data
base showing who owns every major food animal in arkansas. Since this came
from the federal gov then I can assume every state is there.

Go to the bible. Look up the part about "They will not be able to buy or
sell with out the mark of the beast". All it takes is a law passed to
transfer the data base to the IRS and suddenly every sale of a major food
animal is controled by the goverment for "tax" purposes. The only black
market food will be in vegtables.

These plauges are PR jobs to achieve a goal.

numbers because I haven't gone looking for them, but the World Health
Organization might have these available at their website.

Fortunately for humans, HIV/AIDS is not transmissible by insects as

That was my point. In the great "Flu" epidemics of the last few years there
have been no quarantines. But do not think less of the "animal" quaratines
or trade embargos. Most of the slaughtered animals were on herds that had no
infected animals. Also presaging major law passing.

in question is a disputed area between China, India, and Pakistan. Am I
paranoid to think this is a black operation in a area that will be war torn

E-coli is a meat packing error that companies get fined for. It is avoided
at the consumer level by proper cooking.

Misleading the public? What lie have I stated? Trying to push E-coli and CJD
as something to be feared is misleading. My point that the last few great
nothing plauges resulted in major very dangerous population control laws and
were most likely PR jobs to get the laws passed is not misleading. This is
standard goverment procedure that any history buff would know about.

The stakes are too high to fool around with these lethal pathogens.
Once they can be spread human to human then in this day of jet travel,

necessary, because in a mere 30 years, if things continue as they are
going, the population of humans on earth will DOUBLE. And we don't

why not let plagues run their course? Dead is dead. Whether you die

many people on the planet.

I can't answer the question, because if Massive Birth Control is not
put in place immediately, diseases from malnutrition will kill-off
millions anyhow. And wars for the scarce remaining resources to feed

Either way, a certain LARGE percentage of humanity, some born, some
yet to come, are going to suffer until a balance is struck between
what Earth and Civilization can support, and the number of mouths to
be fed.

what percentage of native americans died of disease born by
Columbus? 90% maybe? its a matter of time and population density
until a fast moving resistant pathogen repeats the cycle imo... if
the pathogen is engineered to take out the unworthy, then we can save
the best among us to repopulate the earth, Dick Cheeney and those
guys. ... a search for 'microbiologists, engineered pathogens, deaths'
used to be interesting also.

Yes they list 348 cases with 216 of them dying in 4 year period.

Put this in perspective. There are 50 to 300 deaths by lightning strikes
in the USA every year. But people can be scared into letting goverments
spend billions (ie. scam, line pockets, steal) on a possible "epidemic".

I think there is a little concern of this morphing over to a human virus.

Wrong.

However, from what I've heard from people in the know, there is a greater
concern over having this spread to US poultry. Same basic concerns that
there was for "mad cow". It could decimate a good chunk of the food supply
if it came stateside.

But even for the folks in that field, this is not a top priority concern.
