Right now, in turd world countries, quarantine is the modus operandi
for containment. Similar can happen in developed countries. Think of
entire cities being *sealed off* by the military until the disease
dies out, or the population dies out...whichever comes first.
Lg
Quarantines are being used in the developed countries. Do you not remember
the Mad Cow out break a short time back? Sales banned and whole counties had
their cows killed? Or the killer "Flu" out break that filled the headlines
but never panned out?
There were not any quarantines regarding the coming and going of
People from certain areas, except those specifically demarcated as
contaminated, and then...special decontamination procedures had to be
followed for those entering and leaving said areas.

Quote: The goverment passed laws. In be the USA all farm animals have to "chiped"
for plauge tracking. Every cow, horse, ect. is to have a microchip so the
goverment can track them. Yes, in the state of arkansas every major domestic
animal is chiped and registured with the goverment for "plauge" control. I
can not be 100% sure how far along they are for the rest of the "developed"
countries but they are pretty much done in the USA. My goverment has a data
base showing who owns every major food animal in arkansas. Since this came
from the federal gov then I can assume every state is there.
Go to the bible. Look up the part about "They will not be able to buy or
sell with out the mark of the beast". All it takes is a law passed to
transfer the data base to the IRS and suddenly every sale of a major food
animal is controled by the goverment for "tax" purposes. The only black
market food will be in vegtables.
These plauges are PR jobs to achieve a goal.
Maybe when you catch e-coli or the CJD ( Creutzfield Jacobs disease =
the human equivalent of bovine spongiform disease ) you'll have a
change of heart. In the meantime, please don't mislead the reading
public.

That was my point. In the great "Flu" epidemics of the last few years there
have been no quarantines. But do not think less of the "animal" quaratines
or trade embargos. Most of the slaughtered animals were on herds that had no
infected animals. Also presaging major law passing.
If you bother to follow the links in the article you will find the main area
in question is a disputed area between China, India, and Pakistan. Am I
paranoid to think this is a black operation in a area that will be war torn
in a few years? Maybe. But most likely not.

this is in a area where "Flu" deaths are common.

Good Lord ..........that is pathetic. To quote Wiki......
a.. CJD occurs worldwide at a rate of about 1 case per million population
per year.
a.. On the basis of mortality surveillance from 1979 to 1994, the annual
incidence of CJD remained stable at approximately 1 case per million persons
in the United States.
a.. In the United States, CJD deaths among persons younger than 30 years of
age are extremely rare (fewer than 5 deaths per billion per year).
Thats 30 cases a year and 1 death every 4 years. I am more likely to be hit

Misleading the public? What lie have I stated? Trying to push E-coli and CJD
as something to be feared is misleading. My point that the last few great

were most likely PR jobs to get the laws passed is not misleading. This is

The "HIV AIDS VIRUS" does not exist. Many other things exist instead. Prior
to the USA declaring the "HIV AIDS VIRUS" with no studies to back their
statement all CDC studies had concluded we were dealing with side effects
of long term recreational drug use. All funding to study "AIDS" as a result
of long term drug use stopped with out any studies having been published to
prove HIV caused AIDS.
For me the deciding factor wether AIDS is caused by HIV was when it
"mutated" to stop causing Karposki's Sarcoma at the exact same time that a
popular drug (amyl or brutal nitrate) was found to cause KS and banned. That
kind of coincidence does not happen.

Alright, we're dealing with millions if not billions of human lives
here, are we not? If a mistake is made with concern to these kinds of
numbers of people....
Right now, Africa and Brazil are the dying fields ( I should include
Russia ) for those infected with HIV/AIDS. I don't have any current
numbers because I haven't gone looking for them, but the World Health
Organization might have these available at their website.
Fortunately for humans, HIV/AIDS is not transmissible by insects as
far as we know, although that remains a great fear, because it could
mutate into a form that can be transmitted by insects.
The stakes are too high to fool around with these lethal pathogens.
Once they can be spread human to human then in this day of jet travel,
it will be days, not months, before the entire planet is infected.
There is no such thing as over-reacting when billions of human lives
are at stake. If you ask me.
If you ask someone else, they will say this die-off is going to be
necessary, because in a mere 30 years, if things continue as they are
going, the population of humans on earth will DOUBLE. And we don't
have available resources for that many people.
Should we just let Nature take its' course and *harvest* humanity with
these plagues? Because if we don't cut down on population growth,
which is completely occurring overseas in third world countries,
famines and disease will inevitably kill them in the end anyhow, so
why not let plagues run their course? Dead is dead. Whether you die
from disease or starvation, dead is dead, and there are already too
many people on the planet.
I can't answer the question, because if Massive Birth Control is not
put in place immediately, diseases from malnutrition will kill-off
millions anyhow. And wars for the scarce remaining resources to feed
the more fortunate.
Either way, a certain LARGE percentage of humanity, some born, some
yet to come, are going to suffer until a balance is struck between
what Earth and Civilization can support, and the number of mouths to
be fed.
I might live long enough to see the beginning of the Great Die-Off, as
I believe it is going to begin very shortly. From famine, war, or
pestilence, the scales will be readjusted.

Yeah - I don't understand the reported statement of "the state

I have to believe that they were mistranslated or missquoted or both.
Or maybe they are just evil and lie to their people? On such an easily
confirmed fact as that? THat seems hard to believe, but who knows?

Yes they list 348 cases with 216 of them dying in 4 year period.
Put this in perspective. There are 50 to 300 deaths by lightning strikes
in the USA every year. But people can be scared into letting goverments
spend billions (ie. scam, line pockets, steal) on a possible "epidemic".
I think there is a little concern of this morphing over to a human virus.
Wrong.
There is plenty of concern.

there was for "mad cow". It could decimate a good chunk of the food supply
if it came stateside.
But even for the folks in that field, this is not a top priority concern.
I guess they want to help reduce world population?

The state government, however, maintained that there has been no case of
H5N1 virus infecting humans, and tried to play down its own figures of fever
cases in Birbhum.
"There is no need to panic. We do not have any reports of humans being
infected. Therefore, a few hundred fever cases means nothing," said Sanchita
Bakshi, state director health services.
NOTE: There has never been a case of a human getting this. Why have a full
scale panic over something that has never happen? PR event. |

OK, I'll take the bait. There has never been a case of a human
getting what? H5N1? That's simply not true. |
