If you are hearing from other students it sounds like you work for the
educational system. In that case you are a mandated reporter required by
law to report child abuse of any kind. If you are in an alternative
situation then confront your patient and urge her to do the reporting
before you do. It seems entirely illogical to presume any form of
beneficial therapy includes holding this type of activity in esteemed
regard.

The patient likely needs help in many ways including distancing herself
from gang activity of any kind. Two things will happen she will see the
error of her ways agreeing with you or you will loose a client in which
case she did not want help any longer. Either way your conscience remains
clear because you remained true to your ethical foundation of help (kind
of like the Hippocratic oath).

Then sit back and relax with a nice CNS depressant like Dilaudid and let
go

One of the initiations into MS 13 includes 'beating in' or being told to
go and have sex with so and so etc. I think the old terminology for it
was called a train. You might be jeopardizing her life, I am not joking.

It is really sad. A young girl was killed and she 'elected' to be beat in
instead of pulling a train or having sex with male members of their group.

Yeah...thats been going on awhile now... but here....the girls do the beat
down....then the train after that...then the regret, pain, shame,
confusion...all leading to substance abuse...the viscious cycle starts....

If you watch Hate Nation, one of the men who was a hammerskin or was it a
warskin, and who beat up some homosexual whose parents had thrown him out
of the house when he was 13 and he the homosexual began living in the
streets, openly admitted that he enjoyed the 'respect' and then not so
candidly admitted that it was the Fear he was getting off on and not
really respect. The man works with law enforcement and in a twist of fate
has teamed up with the same homosexual man he and his friends had a boot
party on in some alley in LA. They speak to high schoolers etc. about

History's Mysteries version of the Hell's Angels. The History

it, also Hunter Thompson and William [?] Christie as well as some

The Gangland version shows them battling it out in Laughlin or one
other town with a rival biker gang in some casino back in 2002. They
