Hi,
I live outside United States, It is illegal to bring a thermal imager
outside
the states. So I wonder where I could purchase a Thermal Imager
outside. Is it available in English, Israel or Russia commercially? Or
do all of them have an agreement with US that avoid spread of these
equipments?

See your friendly neighbourhood fire brigade, buildings inspector etc.
There are several manufacturers in the UK alone. There are a multitude
of non-military applications. Google is your friend. |

Thermoteknix makes a small, uncooled thermal imager that is quite
impressive. It's a small company in the UK.

The VisIR Handheld Infrared Camera? Do you have an idea of its price?
Thanks.

This post is a little old.

Dresden, Germany based company.
I hope you are still interested.
