Hi,

I was browsing through books at Amazon and by chance happened to find
this book called "Correlithm Object Technology", by Nick P. Lawrence
(ISBN: 0975276107).

The book page is here:
http://www.amazon.com/Correlithm-Object-Technology-Nick-Lawrence/dp/0975276107/ref=si3_rdr_bb_product

I have not bought this book yet, nor have I read it completely, but
from the information I have gleaned, this book describes a way to
process information in a way that closely mimic the way a biological
nervous system works (according to the author).

The book is actually very interesting, but a web search on Correlithm
or the authors name turns up very little information that would show
that the ideas in the book are being used. So I wanted to know if
anyone knows whether these ideas have been put to practical use
anywhere?

thanks,

JJ
