Quote: Hey fuckface, I was telling Cahill that there's a lot he don't know. At
least try and follow, O.K. stupid?
No where have I read that the oceans are becoming saltier. In fact I have
read the exact opposite.
So where is this revolution in ocean saltiness reported Tim?
All it would take to _double_ the salinity of the sea is several
million cubic miles of salt.
This could easily happen if we dumped all of Al Gore's french fries
into the river.

So Woods Hole didn't conduct the research? Nice try dodger, but it's obvious
that there's a lot of stuff you haven't read. |

Most are bright enought to figger out melting ice caps dilutes the
water.
How is the extra salt warming the planet?

The salt in the ocean is almost 2 orders of magnitude greater than all
the polar ice and the water in the ocean is 30 times greater than all
the salt.
It would take a 1 ft rise in sea level to reduce salinity by 0.01%
Is there anything in ionic equilibria where a 0.01% change in one
component can have such a dramatic effect on another component?

Well you saw that Star Trek Episode with the beast that sucks salt from
humans for food. So salt contains energy and when it's in the ocean it
heats the ocean up.
Wasn't that Episode written by Michael Chrighton? |

It can't be Co2, it is the bananas and coconuts that are falling into the
ocean and causing it to warm.
I know this to be a fact because Hannity told me. Hannity is smarter
than any scientist because he has his own radio show, and tens of millions
of bucks in the bank. |

Maybe you should consider expelling them to Mexico. |

It could have some entertainment value.
Quote: You don't appear to read at all,
Where did you read that the salinity of the oceans, which already
contain millions of cubic miles of salt, somehow increased?
A 1% change in salinity would require three hundred thousand cubic
_miles_ of salt.
Find out where all that salt came from over the past 200 years and
then report back to us.

Then why are you citing Science A-Go-Go?
Now now now. Don't get into a snit just because you posted on a
matter that you really didn't have the background to unnerstand.
You need to contact GOP Senator Craig.
We're just discussing Dr. Gray's (SGW) salt global warming theory
here.
