Looks like a phase for large earthquakes.
What seems to be required is a large cyclone running at about the same
time.
So if the run is true then the time with that storm is as for 15:45
without one.
Feck, I'll never get the hang of these!
15:00 is for thunder so maybe it's 15:00 with nobs on?
So... there should be a large number of seriously severe quakes for
the lunar phases when the time is as for a thunder spell plus that 40
to 45 minutes?
If I had any sense I'd check this stuff out before I posted it. But
how can I be expected to watch telly, format and hard drive and post
this crap as well as check my facts?
Be reasonable.

Ah, good old get out clauses.
I need a variable such as ... hmmm... well I'm sure I can come up with
something by the time I do look.
Something to do with storms. I'll have to check all the angles. |

What time zone?
All the times posted on the NOAA and other sites which supply the
scientific data are in UTC. That is, zero GMT.
I'm just going by that. The above time is the time of the phase given
at: http://sunearth.gsfc.nasa.gov/eclipse/phase/phase2001gmt.html
I have noticed that the weather we have in my small part of the planet
changes form what it should be for the code I have posted elsewhere,
by a matter of some 4 hours earlier.
So that a spell that introduces thundery weather is produced by the
phase that occurred on the 26th.
However it is cold and somewhat damp but not humid or thundery. So it
is back to the drawing board with that one.
Or has that super-storm out in the Asian Pacific run its course?
