You want to try 6-OXO, 100-600 mgs per day, before bed. Will reduce
estrogen and increase test. At 600 mgs, **considerably**.
I take 40mg DIM with "noticable" results. With 600mg you might raise
T more than is healthy and/or necessary. Starting with a low dose,
observing any effects and having some blood tests after a few weeks
might be a good idea.
I'm taking a DIM compliex in the morning and evening, providing
25mg/dose. After not noticing any major changes, I added a separate
100mg DIM dose (non-complex / different brand) mid-day. Again, not
seeing any major changes. (Nor am I feeling "horrible" from a high
dosage that others have reported, although I have only been doing this
for 2-3 weeks now)
I'm not sure what dosage I'll settle on - even if it doesn't improve
th ED situation back to "normal", I know that it does have other
beneficial effects. |

Do you have references showing EPA/DHA are aromatase inhibitors? |

You might wish to try 6-OXO. Vastly more effective product.

I searched and could not find anything easily.
I think I made a mistake and was confusing the effects that EPA/DHA
can have in preventing/treating BPH. |
