Hi, there,

I am new to this forum and nanotech and I have one question about MBE
technique.
For example, III/V compound nano island formation, how would one expect the
growth process to develop. Do you think Ga atoms, Al atoms and As atoms move
around and diffuse and then join the island or they actually form compound,
such as GaAs, and then diffuse to the islands? I would appreciate any imput
or link to some references.
