Data security is the means of protecting information from inappropriate
access or disclosure.

Data integrity is the means to ensure that data is kept intact to
maintain its validity and correctness during storage, retrieval and
transmission.

Both subjects can be covered under the more general topic of information
security, for which there are a multitude of references. Google is your
friend here.
