I need a chip ID'ing... It drives the backlight leds on an LCD.It's in a
QFN8 package? ( 3mm sq with 8 pads underneath the chip)
It is marked

BHS
TI
I can't see it in MAX, LT, TI ,NS ST, Onsemi, Micrel...
It has an inductor between pins 8 and 3 and the O/P is on 7 ( 15V). I/P is
4V
