In August 2006 US Army Surgeon General Kevin Kiley went to New Orleans to
address the governing council of the American Psychological Association and
this is what he told them...
"Psychology is an important weapons systems"
Yes....we know replied Koochers Criminal KOOKs...
Thats' why the APA wrote the Nuremburg defense into it's ethics code.
