As everyone reading these newsgroups know....law enforcement agents have
been colluding with criminals, whose residence is the USA, who have been
serial stalking and terrorizing US citizens for over a decade.. :AE is
especially soft on the crimes perpetrated by criminals posing or possessing
licenses as psychotherapists, psychologists, psyd's, LCSW's, NP's, et
al ....

They use the spam that comes in your email. They use popups when you
cruise the internet. Whenever you download or copy some newspaper
story, they are able to reach you.
