I am simulating a cavity resonator with an arbitrary random geometry.
I want to write an efficient code in matlab. the problem is how to
keep my random boundary condition in the 3D matrix constant and
effectively update the other cells. since the geometry is random, I
can not simply use 'diff' command in matlab and sweep the whole
matrix. I have to update each single element in a loop as large as the
dim. of the matrix.
