A cloudy weather project for you:

Suppose you could design your own astronomical magazine for amateurs.
Excluding the pages devoted to ads, table of contents and index, how
do you make use of the remaining pages? Keep in mind that this
magazine is expected to fulfill the needs and expectations of all
amateurs.
