outcome of these hearings.

And if you print off this post and show it to your lawyer, he may just
quit your case. I am sure he has told you not to discuss the case
qwith anyone; publishing details of it worldwide is not what he had in

I don't have an attorney at this time. So far the process has not gone to
formal rules of evidence and such. I am getting close to getting one, but I
am not quite there yet. Thanks for the input though.

Just to let you know, everyone that has seen my documentation agrees NASA
screwed me in 1999.

Of course - all they've seen is *your* documentation.

If you know of a web site or FTP server I will gladly post all of the
documentation.

No - what you will post is what documentation you chose to provide.

Given the nature of your statements to date - I don't trust that
documentation.

I have stacks and stacks of "raw" data. I live in Houston. You are welcome
to come over and see them all. But due to the nature of your posts, I don't
think you will be inclined to look at them Smile Take care and be happy.

Let me get this straight. NASA had you locked up in a psych ward for

AFAIK, no doctor has officially diagnosed Lisa Nowak as "crazy." If they
had, she would have been held for observation in a mental hospital.

You can't hold someone in a mental hospital for long unless the doctors
believe they're a danger to themselves or others. Barring that, the
patient can simply refuse treatment and walk out the door.

I saw a study done in 1995 by a committee of the Texas Senate. They
concluded patients with insurance have a much better chance of being
declared suicidal than patients without insurance. It was really quite a
scandel that effected mostly private hospitals.

I don't think the full terms of her release on bail have been made
public. I would bet that she was released into Lindsay's custody with
the proviso that she be walked from the Houston airport right into a
secured mental health facility. I imagine that's where she is right
now. Her commital may be nominally voluntary but I bet if she tries to
leave until the docs have cleared her, there'll be a deputy outside the
front door waiting to take her into custody and ship her back to
Orlando.

I have rethought my position on how NASA is treating Novak. When I
had my melt down in 1999, they asked a judge to lock me up, then lied
to the doctors to keep me locked up. Then they made me jump through
hoops to get sick leave. With Novak, she is home with her family and
she has be given 30 days leave up front. Good for NASA. Maybe there
is hope after all :-)
