Kingsport psychologist surrenders license

Dr. Ted Hagen of Kingsport surrendered his license with the Tennessee Board
of Examiners in Psychology effective Dec. 31, 2006, according to the monthly
disciplinary action report issued by the Tennessee Department of Health.

Hagen had been charged with unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical
conduct and violating rules that prohibit sexual intimacies with former
therapy patients. He was assessed case costs not to exceed $500.Yet ye

Michigan Psychiatrist Loses License

The state has temporarily suspended the medical license of a Detroit-area
psychiatrist suspected of having a sexual relationship with a patient.
Attorney General Mike Cox says Albert Bayer of Farmington Hills is also
suspected of over-prescribing narcotics to the same patient. Cox filed a
complaint against Bayer in December with the state Department of Community
Health. He says his office will request "severe" sanctions against the
psychiatrist.

Alabama BANNED psychiatrist Allie Boyd from practicing medicine for
sexually harassing psychiatric patients and threatening to deny them
medication if they reported his sexual misconduct to authorities.

row. She is especially repsonsible for posting a womans address (above)
with an alias, knowingly and purposely breaking the law regarding womens
rights as she understands the law.

Then they provide links only with a small summery of their own. That
would also show they actually read it unlike linda who seldom reads
anything. She just spams crap. You can suck up to a mental defective if
you wish, just remember, she chose to keep her defects, intact. It is
her crutch and her ID badge without which she would have no life.

Hope you learn to suffer, impatience is a bad thing.

It doesn't say what class of psychotropic drugs he threatened to deny
consumers who reported his sexual harassment.

But, IMO, the threat to withdraw prescriptions for psychotropic drugs
should be considered a threat to inflict great harm because

Withdrawing cold turkey from alpha blockers and benzo's can be fatal.

Withdrawing cold turkey from some of the mood stablizers can
precipitate mania.

Withdrawing cold turkey from some of the SSRI type AD's can be
hellacious--both immediately, then, in the aftermath as rebound
depression kicks in.

Dr. Koocher is president of the American **Psychological** Association,
not the American **Psychiatric** Association. Labeling the psychiatrist
from the article as part of "Koocher's Kooks" is wholly inaccurate
unless you personally verified that he is a member of the former.
