Hello,

Peanut Allergy is indicated on Peanuts intake. Such allergy may or may
not be possible
by tree nust intake. However I am not asking it.

I got gas-blocking and unclear motions after about 100 gms of roasted
and salted pea-nuts
eating. Next day, I felt as too much gas is trapped in my upper
abdomen/on my left half
from shoulder to groin area. Stools also seemed to be sticky and
uncler, but still near to normal. But gas in digestive tract seems to
be tight blocked caising blocking type discofort
(not pain) on left half . Still continuing partial effects(some
comfort) on second day.

Can it be due to too much peanuts intake (somewhat spasm caused by
high magnesium contents in in peanuts)? Can it be possible by other
nuts intake?

Best wishes.

I don't know if you have a peanut allergy or if that could cause your
problems, but if you have digestive problems, you should read "Gut
Solutions" by Brenda Watson. I eat raw peanuts every day and I have no
problems with them. I don't have an allergy to anything as far as I
know. I don't eat roasted nuts because they're unhealthy. I eat only
raw nuts.
