Do any of you use some type of online pediatric emergency medication
sheets?

I know some hosptitals have created them internally to the hospital,
thus they are only for use on the intranet.

We have an internal one that we post at the bedside of all our kids. It
appears to be something someone used MS Excel to come up with. I just open
the file, enter the weight in the top box, and all the dosages change
accordingly.
