Hi,
I am not sure to be in the good newsgroup.
I am working in image processing with opencv and I used matrox 1394
framegrabber with mil lite
to grab images (and get image pointer ), display video to adjust camera and
hook a frame to make some real time processing.
The problem is the matrox framegrabber is no more available.
I have to find another frame grabber (Lacie for example) but more important,
I have to make the good choice
for grabbing tools.
I use sony cameras and sony have a sdk for grabbing Sony cameras.
I have heard of CMU drivers.
Using directx filters
What is your opinion and experiments?
thank you for your help.

So do Basler www.baslerweb.com and QImaging www.qimaging.com Both are
industrial grade cameras which may be out of your budget.
