If you do not know how to search for an appropriate group to post a
query in, it most certainly does mean just that.
The only real mistake made in responses to the OP was not telling
the guy what group to go to to post the question, but even doing that
would make retarded twits like you spout off some dumb shit about a
high level engineering group being an OK place for such a low level
