Our temperature range today was a low of 26*F and a high of 31*F. COOOOOld
for Texas...anyway...yesterday my husband was doing chores, gathered eggs,
and inadvertently left the eggs up at the barn. First time he's ever done
that! Anyway, with the temps as cold as they are, are the eggs still good
to eat? Is the flavor compromised? Can I still cook with them? Let me
know. I'd hate to throw them out if I don't have to. Jane

As long as they did not crack open and get contaminated, they are fine.
I've had clean eggs freeze in the back of the 'frige.

They are good scrambled.

You can actually freeze eggs for storage (but it's generally recommended
you scramble, them, we used to make egg cubes in the ice trays) and they
are fine for cooking. Smile

We have noticed that they can go strangely opaque having been frozen - looks
