Terrance Parker v. Her Majesty The Queen
Dear Ms. Soucy:
Enclosed is the signed last page of the Oct 7 2003 Judgment
of the Ontario Court of Appeal which should be included in
the Application for Leave to Appeal as page 109b.
As for applying for an extension of time for my application,
I would point out that Section 59(4) of the Supreme Court
Act states:
"Appeals in forma pauperis
(4) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, a judge may, on an
application for leave to appeal in forma pauperis, allow an
appeal by giving the applicant leave to serve notice of
appeal although the time prescribed by section 58 has
expired."
I will not submit an application for an extension of time
when Section 59(4) states that Section 58 does not apply to
applicants in forma pauperis like me unless you can explain
why Section 59(4) does not apply to me.
