I'm not a big fan of his management theories, but I think
"The End of Economic Man" was an interesting attempt to
explain the rise of fascism, comparable to Hannah Arendt's
"The Origins of Totalitarianism". Drucker's social theories are
also somewhat reminiscent of Karl Polanyi's
"The Great Transformation", although Drucker is more right wing. |
