Hi, I am new to this group, and I was was wondering if anything new
with Scientology has happened in recent months. All web pages that I
look at have no new information since Closet-gate. |

In the UK:
Intrepid journalists have been going undercover with the secretive cult
(EXCLUSIVE!!!) so often that stats must be booming.
Police accepted 'free' tickets for a Tom Cruise banquet at Saint Hill,
and the cult provided their Swing Band 'free' for a police charity event.
Both major political parties allowed the cult to set up a stall at their
Annual Conferences with no checks whatsoever.
A national newspaper did a major investigation of Narconon giving
pseudoscientific lectures in schools. Not one of the over 400 schools
involved checked up on Narconon, a ten second task on the Internet.
Volunteer Ministers have continued to rush to disasters they see on the
TV news.
The new London Org is reportedly not yet filled to capacity.
Having been caught once trying to get into UK prisons, Criminon was
caught a second time. The Prison Service was not amused.

Let's see here <riffle riffle
New Mexico voted down a $3.5 million funding of Second Chance (a front
group of Narconon of Scientology) a couple weeks ago.
There are indications that the cult is going to try to sell the govt. on
detoxing returning veterans with the Purification Rundown (sold under
another name, the 'New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project.' That
program has been debunked in NYC.
Stuff's been happening.

xenu, scientology's galaxtic overlord, made a brief
stop-over in the LA area earlier this month.
scientologists were a no-show for his 75,365,469 th
birthday appearance. You would think they would at
least offer xenu a free stress test, some cal-mag or
something.
