As we can plainly see, nothing has changed in the last 75 years. A tiger
doesn't change it's stripes.

Japan Times: Abortion Still Key Birth Control

People may be surprised to know abortion has been legal in Japan since 1949,
more than a decade earlier than in other industrialized countries. In
subsequent years, abortion became socially accepted to the point that Japan
drew international criticism for attracting foreigners seeking to terminate
their pregnancies. Since the turn of the 21st century, around 300,000
abortions have been conducted in Japan each year.

Japan Times: Abortion Still Key Birth Control

People may be surprised to know abortion has been legal in Japan since
1949,

2009 - 1949 = 60.

Not 75.

Abortion was *illegal* in Japan before 1949.

The war-monger s.o.b.'s have been killing people since the early 1930's.
Remember Nanking?

You know, I'm having a hard time finding any logic in your position
here. The war-mongering SOBs who were ruling Japan slaughtered all
kinds of people. As did the war-mongering SOBs who ruled Germany.
Both sets of war-mongering SOBs banned abortion. After which,
democratically elected governments in both countries liberalized
abortion laws. So why does one country get a pass from you, but not
the other?

All of which proves that Japan is still one of the most civilized and
progressive countries on the planet.

" Still "? Perhaps you missed the news about Japan circa 1931 thru 1945?
Ask some of the American, British, Canadian, and Australian P.O.W.s who
were held captive by the Japanese just how 'civilized' the Japanese are.

I know of former American soldiers who refused to allow their families
to watch "Hogan's Heroes" when that show was on TV, 'cause being held
captive in German POW camps was no laughing matter. Allied POWs were
starved, routinely beaten and summarily shot by their captors.

So, once again, JYoung/IBen - why do the Germans get a pass from you?

"Hogan's Heroes" was closer to reality than the bullshit you just spewed,
Spartakus/Nomen. Germany observed all the protocols of the Geneva Convention
when dealing with the western Allies POWs. The Russians were a different
story.
