According to Harold Camping of the Family Radio Stations Inc. - he has
a very interesting Open Forum program - the Rapture is take place on
that day and all others who are not taken tom heaven ( some 97 % of
the present world population ) will be left behind and feel the
doomsday and it will last 5 months till October ,21,2011 AD when the
whole universe will be destroyed completely by fire .All things will
be gone and the new universe will be created .
I can agree with Camping as to the year 2011 AD but I can challenge
his rapture and destruction doctrines.
He missed the point in 2 Peter 3 where it is written God destoyed the
world with water and it is obvious the evil world destroyed as water
flooded the earth and the same stars and sun and earth were after the
flood ( not destroyed ) . And the new heavens and earth that " are now
" ( after the Flood of Noah ) will be destoyed by fire .It cannot be
literal physical universe of course .
Note that though a zealous listener to Open Forum I am I have many
disagreements with Camping.
He is dead wrong on the Trinity doctrine ! He teaches Sunday as the
Sabbath day ( one special day of rest in a week ) .
It is mind boggling how he was able to come up with the date 2011 AD
with so many erroneous doctrines .
It is not a big consolation for many who remain in their churches as
I denounce most christian churches .Harold Camping is against all
organized churches that are on earth while I am making some
exceptions. I am taking sides with Jehovah's Witnesses though I don't
belong to their organization . Examine my posts to learn how . |

Camping counts 7 days given in Genesis 7.1-4 from Noah's time as 7000
years :
4990 BC + 7000 years = 2011 AD .
But he is not aware that with this we must count also a period of 120
years before - Genesis 6.3 .
1891 AD + 120 years = 2011 AD.
I am using the date 1891 AD .And there must be true believers taken
into account from the whole period of 120 years.
The Flood date I have is 2372 BC .Not 4990 BC as Camping has .
2492 BC + 120 years = 2372 BC.
2492 BC + " 7 days " as " 7 years " and that can mean " 7 times "
which can be as 2520 years.
2492 BC + " 7 times " = 29 AD + 7 years = 36 AD.
587 BC + 70 years as desolation of Jerusalem = 517 BC.
517 BC + "7 times " = 2004 AD
2004 AD + 7 years = 2011 AD.
2004 AD - 120 years = 1884 AD.
Note the 120-year periods that are closely linked together :
2492 BC - 2372 BC = 1884 AD - 2004 AD.
7 days from Genesis 7.4 in 2372 BC now are as 7 final years : 2004 AD
- 2011 AD. |

Despite of some serious mistakes Harold Camping is a peculiar
preacher to be taken into account . He is number 1 on radio
decisively.
Just listen to his Open Forum program to see a difference .He beats
all other preachers of nominal christianity.
He got the date 2011 AD which already is indicative how seriously he
must be taken into account. |

He's not against organized churches, the Bible is. He's teaching from
the Bible, not from himself.
God is the original date-setter, followed by Noah and then Jonah. God
established a timeline and it includes the end of the church age and
the day of judgment, which we are commanded to know, unless you are
children of darkness.
The sad thing about non-believers is that if Camping is inaccurate,
well, another day comes and goes. But if he's accurate, the non-
believer is in big, big trouble. This explains why almost seven
billion people will be left behind. Too many 'doubting Thomases' and
not enough faith. |

According to the JW's, if you don't get baptized and belong to their cult,
you are still in Satan's world and an enemy of God. Try reading lessons. |

If Adolph Hitler chose 2011 would he be okay also for us to listen to?? You
keep quoting Camping as the best then you say he has some things wrong in
order to deflect attention from the fact that half the people here think you
should marry the guy. You quote him, tell us to listen to him, then bash
him, and then announce that you alone are approved by God.
PLEASE, for everyone's sake, go play on some railroad tracks. If you are so
holy, the train should not hurt you at all.
Oh, Howard Stern is number 1 in certain time slots on radio and/or TV but I
doubt that would convince a lot of people that his show was Christian.
Get a job, work at a soup kitchen, volunteer at a hospital. If you love
people then prove it. |
