My incence scent is mistaken to too much detachment...

I love the sound of singing bowls and enjoy the scent of incences. I
have learned to listen to the singing bowl's sound like music telling
me about good aware states of mind.
Then I understood that incence tells about detachment, but when I
thought about that more thoroughly I noticed that the incence's scent
bought too much detachment, kind of numb instead of the freely flowing
emotional state of mind that is buddhist awareness: freely flowing to
the direction of positive feelings.
So you might say: "How do you know which is the right amount of
detachment?" I can compare it to the Zen ideal of instant awakening:
nothing changed but everything changed. So each of us is as natural at
one's best: one may not form thoughts to grasp, but emotions not based
on thoughts are wise: they are our guide to our own nature! Each one
of us has the Buddha nature here and now, that I know for sure. It is
the thoughts that have to let go, not the emotions! Our thoughts are
the artificial part, our emotions based on direct experience are the
natural part which has everything right all the time. This is my own
observation, so it is the surest information that I can offer You!
What is the right state of mind like then? You get it by following
your feelings unobstructedly. For example, if your cry, you let go and
get a clear sensitive atmospheric awareness where you tend to (that is
exactly right: DO IT!!!) flow with your feelings toward the positive -
both in the big questions of your own life (a kind of shift in your
life situation) and in the lives of others (a flow).
