Sunday is a very Good day for all kinds of Sports to do on.An it is also
the first day of the week. So why not rest on the Sabbath day that is
call Saturday?

But of course, all seven days of the week should be dedicated to
Almighty G-d, as you live your life. The last day, the Sabbath, is to
be kept HOLY unto G-d. Know what this means?
