Too much knowledge?
Some people are irritated over my articles and think that I know too
much. It is not I who know too much, but they know too low. It is
because they do not read the Bible and not believe in Jesus.
Regarding other subjects, as mathematics, computers, languages,
vocational training, etc., then people want to have so much knowledge
as possible and go to school. But regarding knowledge of the Bible
the common comprehension seems to be on the contrary. Then it is
not a good thing if you know too much. Instead of study the Bible
to get more knowledge, they glorify the ignorance and see that as
something normally. If you know something, then you may not tell
what you know, out of consideration for that others can have another
opinion. If you are moderately uncertain about the Bible and willingly
accept others' opinion, then they are looking at you as a humble person.
Consider, if we use the same way of thinking concerning the traffic
and let people interpret traffic rules and read signs just as themselves
like. If a motorist thinks that the road is too curved he only has to
drive straight on. There are plenty of such traffic oafs on the road
through the life. They "drive" just as themselves like, without
consideration for what God's word says. But sooner or later that time
comes when they not longer are able to have the control of their life.
We travel only one time on this road and it is vitally important for
us to care about and obey the rules and warnings that God has
given us.
There are many who mean that we cannot know if we ourselves
have right, but that is just what we can. The Holy Spirit can reveal
the truth to us. What his anointing teaches you is the truth, and is
no lie. 1 John 2:27.
To find the truth, the pure gospel of God, we must avoid all religious
organizations, sects and churches because they have mixed God's
word with their own doctrines. They can quote a Bible-word but
mean anything other.
