Many thanks to "MAK" and to Joe (zayton) for posting relevant articles &
information here during the time I've been so incredibly TICKED OFF. If
various Bishops from around the country as as outraged as I am, then I
guess I still need to remin a part of this whole thing.

ISTM that as we move toward General Conference there will be a greater
need for accurate information & news here. In the past, I have noticed
that things always "heat up" in here every 4 years, around the time of
GC. More people apparently "drop in" looking for information, too.

So, I encourage Joe & "MAK" to keep up the good work. we can't do
anything about all the cross-posted claptrap. But, we can keep a flow of
inforamtion coming into this NG. Any representatives of other Wesleyan
churches are encouraged to do the smae.

Also: I'm not too good at finding items that represent the views of the
(for lack of a better term) "liberal" wing of the church.

There were seven itmes from UMNS that I saw this morning. I'll check to
make sure Joe hasn't already posted them before I post them myself.

Welcome Back!

(I'm far too lazy for this sort of thing)
