desiring to be justified by Commandment keeping... but only the 10 Commandments...
the freetruth people violate their own creed by being false witnesses as they condemn all
other's who don't see Commandment keeping as imparting salvation as they do.
they are quick to quote Ps. 119:142, by emotionally driven shouting, of course, all the
while they see in that passage only the 10 Commandments. yet, the law of which God is
speaking of there is the whole Word of God... " the sum of Thy Word is truth. " Ps.
119:160
for this reason, that their bondage to the 10 Commandments is to them the giver of life,
these have not entered His rest, and show this by their Saturday assembly attendance.
they have the bad taste of calling Sunday worshiper's " Sun worshiper's. " because they
attend worship on Saturday's does that make them " Saturn worshiper's ? "
the sum of God's Word is not truth to them, otherwise, they would be taking a long hard
look at Mt. 28:1 where the Sabbath is moved by God to Sunday.
their continuous shouting in print of a verse in which the word " law " is found
demonstrates their emotionally driven conclusion that the reader is to hear them and be so
convicted by them to leave grace behind and in its place, put only 10 of all the
Commandments of God.
an excerpt from their site defining their position that salvation is by good works is
noted here...
" The first step on that narrow path to life is to repent of our sin and accept (receive)
Jesus as our Savior. "
the gospel of co-redemption is their path to righteousness. a direct contradiction of Jn.
1:12,13 from which they quote... man is not saved by the " will of man " is not seen by
them nor any of the co-redeemer's.
why ? because this leaves out all who are not as smart as they such as aborted fetuses,
babies dying at birth, toddler's and the mentally impaired, as is the gospel of the very
denominations these people condemn. puffed up with pride as the Pharisees these will not
give the glory to God for salvation. salvation is viewed as an impossibility for God to
do it alone without man's participation.
these example their again their unbelief when the shout their way through the doctrine of
salvation in that those who are saved are not saved in this life. these use Jn. 3:36 as a
proof text that salvation happens at some time in the future, not in this life. the Word
of God is contrary to such an idea and in a number of ways...
one such way is Eph. 2:8... the verb " saved " is in the past tense, not future tense...
" For by grace you have been saved through faith... " the elect are saved in this life,
and know it. the co-redeemer's are not saved and show it by disbelieving salvation is in
the here and now. the conviction of the Holy Spirit who is given to indwell the elect is
in the here and now. Ro. 8:16
this is why they disbelieve ( which to them is disobedience ) the Word of Christ who
insists " "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life. " Jn. 6:47
all verbs are in the continuous present tense.
these illustrate again and again that only the parts of the Bible which direct a person
away from grace and back to the Law are worthwhile.
