Here is an update on Claire's case vs. RTC, CSI, et al as of Oct 09.
Rather than write it all again, here is a link to a posting I just

Any other details can be given by the concerned parties but the
document listed does give a good summary of the case and it's issues.
Of note is that both Marc's and Claire's cases have been set for trail
by jury in November 2010.
This in my opinion is going to be one hell of a case that shakes the
rafters of organized scientology and its abusive trafficking in
humanity. As will Marc's, Laura's and more to follow shortly. |
