blasphemy! The OBF on the other hand made it clear to the Court that the
symbol of the Greatest Name and the Greatest Name itself had the most
sacred significance and it was absurd to refer to them as corporate
trademarks as if the Baha'is were selling soap

As I've pointed out to you before, the Wilmette organization has always
taken that tactic in court, misrepresenting or, ironically, accurately
representing itself for what it truly is--a hijacked religious cult
corruptly based on the teachings of Baha'u'llah and Abdul-Baha,
subverted into a business organization. Their thinking seems to be, How
can the courts argue with the truth?
