Greetings;
I just bought the cover art for my upcoming memoir, How I Was Razed. You
can read more about it at www.bruceatchison.blogspot.com and see the cover
art too. The Hamtramck Idea Men did a great job on it. You can see their
other artwork at the http://idea-men.us site. One woman already
complemented me regarding the cover. I can tell that it will attract
readers to pick up the book and find out what I meant by "razed" in the
title.
I certainly could have benefitted from a knowledge of apologetics back when
I gave my life to Christ in August of 1969. Because I lacked discernment, I
was lead astray by Armstrongism and then joined a legalistic church cult in
1971. I wrote in my book about all the false doctrines I learned, how I was
repeatedly condemned for not receiving my sight, how I rejected God for 9
years because of the nagging from the pseudo-church elders, and how I
eventually came to my senses about God's sovereignty. My prayer is that my
book will be used by God to help people recover from similar legalistic
organizations. Please pray that I can get this memoir published and that it
can be of help to many ex-cult people.
