No longer is it just a matter of conscience, but now it is the sacred duty
of all observant Catholics to adhere to the words and wisdom of His Holiness
Pope Benedict XVI. The 'culture of death' must be stopped, now.
http://www.javno.com/en-world/pope-to-doctors--do-not-sell-drugs-that-stop-life_275488
Pope Benedict XVI urged Catholic pharmacists to stop selling drugs that
prevent pregnancy or assist in euthanasia.
At the World Congress of the International Alliance of Catholic pharmacists
in Poland, Pope Benedict XVI encouraged all the pharmacists not to deviate
from their own consciences in the name of the market laws and reminded them
that they must respect Church's moral laws instead. He was referring to a
medication that can terminate or prevent pregnancy and help with the
execution of euthanasia.
According to Vecernji List, the Pope was really clear in condemning birth
control pills, abortion practices, and drugs that help euthanasia. He
believes that the Church's teaching, concerning respect for life and dignity
of man, should be followed by the pharmacists.
Thus, the Pope has shown that the Church does not cease to condemn
contraceptives, despite many public protests and modern views on life.
Congress of Pharmacists was held under the name "Safety of drugs: ethics and
conscience for pharmacists".

Anybody who isn't capable of separating their personal preferences
from their medical responsibilities shouldn't be in the business to
start with.
The only effect I see this having is to drive more people away from
the church, and drive the church further into irrelevancy. |

It's good that we are doing that.
It's even better that your sorry cult is in the process of being
relegated to history, Cathoholic Duck.

No, you give you "spiritual guidance". You are talking to yourself,

Then why does God answer me?
Because you are imagining the conversation. Young children with
imaginary friends hear those friends answer them as well.
Very simply, you are talking to yourself, and nobody else.

Of course there is.
No, it is not. You certainly have not been able to present any.
Nothing requires that a deity be present or have an active role in the
formation of the universe. That is why no deities are mentioned in
any reputable scientific theory.
You were just taking your bottle when I did.
Unlikely since you have never been able to present anything, and
Usenet did not exist in '64.

More likely, you did nothing. All you likely did was make
unsubstantiated claims, use multiple logical fallacies including and
especially appeals to belief, and run away from any questions which
were presented about your claims. If you REALLY presented such
evidence, then present it again, or provide a link to the post.

Your cultlike devotion to the Pope is making Catholicism look bad to anti-
Catholics.
For most devout Catholics the Pope has absolutely nothing to do with their
personal life. He's only been infallible TWICE IN HISTORY, and other than
being in the news, being prayed for in the Eucharistic Prayer of the Mass,
and maybe if a Catholic person feels like praying for the Pope, the Pope
has nothing to do with a devout Catholic personal life or a Catholic's
personal relationship with God.

It does: resurrection.
And yet, after more than two millenia, we're still awaiting any

events.
But ya' notice that as record keeping has improved, God's "miracles"

No, I've not noticed that at all.

Given what we now know about gravity, the arrangement of the solar

If so, could I interest you in some investment grade diamonds?

Now he just gets to decide who wins car races and football games.

It's not any sort of lie at all. The Holy Tome may be many things,
