In Matthew chapter 24 we are told of things that is to come upon the
earth in the last days to test those that live on the earth.

In the book of Revelation we are warn God is going to pour out his wrath
on those that do have the mark of the beast.

No God is not asleep those storms that hit our nation is the work of
God.

God at will can use weather to punish any nation on earth.

God can saved any from storms and bad weather that do obey him and from
other evil that come upon the earth.
