Webster's Unabridged Dictionary defines a Jew as "one whose religion is
Judaism". Judaism is defined as "The monotheistic religion of the Jews". My
parents were Jewish. I was never religious. When I was 16 years of age I
became an atheist. I am 37 now. I am proud of the fact that I am an atheist.
I believe that Judiasm, Christianity and Islamism are vast superstitions. I
have steadfastly denied that I am Jewish. My question is this: Is my denial
valid? Thank you for your response.

As an atheist one denies the existance of God. I know many people who belive in god but reject organised religon due to its "apparent" coruption.

But what is the point of being an atheist, Karl Marx said that it is better to follow religiooon that way you are prepaird for all eventualaties if there is an after life. (which there is). If you refuse, and dont practise then if your right so what your dead. buit if your wrong then you are bound 2 suffer.
Good advise.
