As far as I understand, libertarians like to keep things natural, as
in nature, leave man alone therefore free, leave him to live
independently, leave him alone to be the sole benefactor and the sole
decider of the results of his own energy.

fraudster is NOT leaving man alone and is therefore not living
independently).
Living independenetly does NOT mean living without society, it means
the society by default becomes independent and free when the human
individuals who make up that society are left free and alone to be

That is really a silly statement. When anyone wants people to be free, that
does not mean that you can do anything you want to do with that freedom.
Someone much wiser than me said, with freedom comes responsibility. When we
do not act responsibily, we don't deserve to be free.
Living independenetly does NOT mean living without society, it means

individuals who make up that society are left free and alone to be
independent.
Independence and freedom are not necessarily the same thing.

There is a Vast amount of truth to that. It does have its less
venal side.
I still consider myself a Libertarian. But ultimately, a
consumer society is more unlikely with it than what we now
have.

Wrong when things are setup very badly so you cant get to choose an appropriate way to deal with
a serious medical problem when you are incapable of working due to that serious medical problem. |
