Ed & Elaine Brown Case: A Letter to Glen Beck
August 26, 2009
Dear Mr. Beck:
For the first time I was able to catch your radio program. I have
heard your name for years, but never heard your program. Perhaps God
in His wisdom brought me to it, as the first time I tuned you in, you
spoke of the TV special you are doing this week. I have been able to
watch your program each day, and will watch it for the rest of the
week.
My husband and I have done all that you and Thomas Jefferson have been
espousing, i.e. ask questions boldly, hold to the truth no matter
where it takes you, and speak out. As a result of standing for truth,
we are now in federal prison, for non-crimes and are facing life
sentences, for breaking no law.
In 1992, we started asking the IRS to “show us the law” requiring
Americans to pay an income tax on the fruits of their labor. Included
with the requests, was documentation supporting our position that the
Internal Revenue Code contains no requirements for any of us to pay
this tax. Also, included was documentation regarding lack of
jurisdiction of the IRS to operate in the fifty union states.
In 1997 we were convicted of income tax evasion and sentenced to five
years. As we had committed no crime, violated no law, were convicted
of breaking a law that does not exist, we refused to surrender to the
marshals to be taken to prison. Instead, retreated to our home, and
stayed there until we were kidnapped by the marshals nine months
later. Hundreds of people came to us during those months, to support
us, bring us food, and stand in agreement with us. Randy Weaver,
whose wife, son and dog were murdered by these same people from the
U.S, Attorney’s office, also came in our support We did daily radio
talk shows, on RBN, occasionally on WTPRN, Genesis, Coast to Coast
with George Norey. We have made national news.
We have just been convicted of charges of interfering with the agents’
execution of their duties, of being felons and having weapons (people
brought weapons to us), as we had often publicly stated that we would
leave our home either dead or free only. New Hampshire Constitution
motto is “Live Free or Die.” That was our stand. We would never go
on the offensive, but would defend if they fired on us. They did, on
June 7, 2007, fire at the back of our house guest, as 174 armed
personnel, federal, state, town, N.H. National Guard, and armored
vehicles, gathered near our home to attack us. Two elderly people who
asked a question and stood firm for God, country and each other.
Every motion we filed in both cases was denied out of hand, most with
no objection from the prosecutor. Many addressed the matter of
jurisdiction, which by law, must be proved when challenged before any
further action can be taken. These motions were ignored. All
witnesses and evidence were denied. The entire trial was a sham, only
to be repeated in the second trial, just completed.
I will not go on further in this letter, but am including a copy of
our saga, along with some of the documentation regarding our position
on the income tax issue. There is much on jurisdiction also.
Our experience with the (in)justice system has shown us the extent of
the corruption in the courts. The courts working with the U.S.
Attorney’s office and Probation are in total violation of due process.
The judge even defers to the U.S. Attorney in sentencing, there is no
longer any separation of power, as the judge is in the judicial
branch, while the U.S. Attorney is in the executive branch. The U.S.
Attorney’s office now controls all three branches of government; it
appears that the powers behind the president are now running the
entire country. Edith Jones, a judge in the 3rd Circuit Appellate
Court, in her address to Harvard law students in the1980’s, said that
we no longer have any courts in this country, they are totally
corrupted and are gone to us.
Mr. Beck, you are speaking out against the corruption in our
government. That has been our object from the very beginning of this
journey of ours. These are matters that affect every American, and
could be invaluable if given air by someone such as yourself, who has
the means and also the ears of so many.
There are so many like us, unjustly imprisoned for challenging the
government. My husband has been tortured in prison, because, as told
to him by an officer, “Because you pissed off a lot of people.” We
have years of research behind us. Unfortunately, too many see
“conspiracy nuts” attached to those of us who seek and speak the
truth.
I pray that God will guide you in your efforts to impart this
knowledge to the people. If anything can thus help us in gaining our
release, that would be wonderful for us, but the important thing is
that the American people wake up and act. Knowledge without action is
useless. Edmund Burke said, “All that is needed for evil to abound is
for good men to do nothing.” He also stated, in his oratory to the
House of Commons in England in 1775, how England would own America
through the Revolution of 1776.
My husband is a member of the United States Constitution Rangers of
1777 of the Second Continental Congress, so filed in the Library of
Congress under #TXu 42-453. This organization’s mission has always
been to protect the Constitutional Republics of the several states,
and the Constitutional Republic for the united States of America and
the people thereof, under God. It appears the U.S. Attorney’s office
does not approve.
We need to file charges against the United States, particularly
against the U.S. Attorney’s office, which in collusion with the courts
and the legislature, are conducting sedition and treason by having
declared war against the American people, and trying to silence all
those who try to speak the truth. We have nowhere to file these
charges, as they would be directed to the Attorney General – the fox
guarding the hen-house. We also know the U.S. Attorney’s office
ordered my husband’s cruel treatment and attempted murder, as all
orders come from the U.S. Attorney’s office. They attempt to bury us
(as stated by the Asst. U.S. Attorney).
Mr. Beck, my husband has asked me to inform you that he and hundreds
of others have forty to fifty years of research combined, into this
government, and have gone back 3,000 years and come forward in time.
We know exactly what is going on, and we not only fear for America, we
fear for the entire world. We have definitive proof of the
organizations, goals and ambitions, and their mission for this
minority of people to literally control us all. Time is up. It is
less than one minute to midnight. The powers that bear have placed
Mr. Obama as president to cast us into chaos and anarchy, and thus
revolution. Their motto is ‘ordo ab chao’. Our motto is ‘ordo ab
veritas.’ God speed; we’re out of time; we all need to be working
together now.
We too, like the old republic, don’t need a new one. To what is Obama
going to transform America?

pray that it causes people to wake up and take action.
