=====In a Canadian Press story today,
OPP Commissioner, TOP! Ontario Provincial Police cop,
claims that marijuana grown in Canada is EXCHANGED in the States for
CRACK!+Crystal Meth
which are then, brought back into Canada.
WouldN'T this be TOO! COMPLICATED do?
SURE!
Does it ring true?
NO!
Crack from THE OUTSIDE?

House said the same
thing: CRACK+Crystal Meth are coming in from OUTSIDE TORONTO.
Given that Seaton House (run by Toronto COPS) is PERHAPS! the
