This is an official document of the European Court of Human Rights. In
it, Lord Justice Morritt, an official of the British government tells
a lie.

It is an OFFICIAL LIE - one of many. In Paragraph 17, he says that
Britain is not bound by Human Rights - a blanket dismissal - in the
hope that Britain might be deemed justified in breaking one of them -
Article 6.

The issue is both PERJURY UNDER OATH, and even CONTEMPT OF COURT.
Who does this 'Lord Justice Morritt' think he is, telling BLATANT LIES
before the European Court of Human Rights?
Britain signed the Convention on Human Rights in March 1951. That is a
matter of record - for example, at Leeds University. So the Convention
is indeed part of British law.
The European Court was slow to start.
Since 1966, Britain has been allowing its citizens to petition the
Court directly. This is a de facto acceptance of its responsibilities.
However, secretly, the various British governments have been VIOLATING
their duties, on the basis that WRONG IS RIGHT.
Mr. X is quite right that judges are totally detached. They are
detached from life, from truth, from reality. That is why an
individual like Morritt is allowed to lie on behalf of the government.
He is as much a lord as the criminal Lord Archer. He is as much a
judge as the criminal Robert Maxwell (who had SIX doctorates of LAW).
The government makes them. The government breaks them.
There is a gang that believes in REVERSED LOGIC and in REVERSED
MORALS. That gang believes that friendship is enmity.
In the House of Lords, Archer was described by other 'lords' as "My
noble friend", Morritt as "My learned and noble friend". That is
sinister.

they blackmail you. Friends are to be EXPLOITED. Archer had stolen
three suits at Simpsons of Canada. That made him a useful thief. He
was helped by the gang to steal two-and-a-half MILLION Pounds Sterling
from the Daily Star. It was not in the script at the Daily Star trial
that Archer's spotty back should be mentioned. However, Monica Coghlan
mentioned it. The 'judge' suspended the case, whilst he went back to
his lodge, like an obedient slave, to ask his Master for
instructions.
By the time they reconvened, they had rewritten the script. They had
persuaded Mary Archer to say "My husband has a SMOOTH back". So, on
her say-so, Coghlan was lying and could not prove she had seen Archer
naked by means of the spots on his back. The 'judge' and his lodge had
obviously aided and abetted him in ripping-off the Daily Star.
Archer was obviously told he must not touch the money in his bank
account. He had gone to Oxford University (a lie), also to Harvard (a
lie). He was rich (a lie). He was a brilliant author (a lie - the
books were ghost-written by Richard Cohen). These lies were in "Who's
Who".
We were all taken in by these lies.
Then he was put in the House of Lords. He had to PLAY RICH. In reality
he was poor. I call this 'GRINDING AFFLUENCE', rather than 'grinding
poverty'.
He was blackmailed that his past might catch up with him, unless he
run the 'SIMPLE TRUTH' campaign, which was an elaborate lie. The money
- ostensibly for the Kurds - went via his bank-account into Britain's
WAR CHEST. The notorious Daily Mail (controlled by the Gang) reported
that he had SIXTY MILLION POUNDS in that account. It did not mention
that he could not touch it. If the fraud was uncovered, HE would get
the blame.
Payments were made by cash and cheque. He was desperately poor. He
kept the loose cash, and banked only the cheques. They told him "WE
WANT ALL THE MONEY, ARCHER - NOT A PENNY MORE, NOT A PENNY LESS".
He panicked, and for the first time wrote a book - "Not a Penny More,
Not a Penny Less".
Despite his secret messages in that book, explaining why there were
only cheques, the Gang pressed ahead with its rigged trial. It was
rigged in the sense that they never admitted to government
involvement. They made out that he had worked alone to cheat the Daily
Star.
As the trial was approaching, he wrote a stage play. It was called
'THE ACCUSED'. He even became an actor. He stood on stage, and
revealed his NAKED BACK. Thirteen years of treatment had removed the
spots. However, he got convicted because the Gang control the law.
The 'Lord' went to prison.
However, he is NOT some confidence-trickster PRETENDING to be a lord.
He really is a lord. The crooked government made him into a lord.
Similarly with Maxwell. There were many, many films of Maxwell
sashaying around Buckingham Palace, covered with medals. He had not
got into Buckingham Palace on his own. The government, via his lodge,
INSTRUCTED HIM TO GO. Similarly with the medals. If he had faked them
up, the Palace would have spotted the fraud. No - the coward Maxwell
had medals because of the REVERSED LOGIC of the government Gang. They
were OFFICIAL MEDALS.
This is the filth that rules Britain. A government of murderers and
thieves.
Those murderers and thieves are in the background. Anybody like Blair,
who thinks he can go into politics and have an easy ride is deluding
himself. Blair had a family - three boys and a girl. Already, the
lodge had a way of compromising him to do such evil as to agree to
wars. They simply threaten his family.
If Blair had threatened back, the lodge would have reminded him of
certain incidents in the lavatories in the early Eighties. His wife
might leave him. His children might laugh at him. Blair got scared,
and so was corrupted.
Other members of that same Gang have been instructed to go on the
Internet and write such garbage as makes the world seem to be a
paradise where everything is at peace. Ask the millions of refugees in
Iraq whether the British government is to be trusted. Ask them whether
you just quote "Article 6 of the Convention", and get a public
hearing. You DON'T.
Norman Scarth went all the way to taking the government to court. It
was a long, long haul. But he won.
Now Maurice Kirk is imprisoned without trial. Discussions about him
are heard in SECRET. The rule of Habeas Corpus is ignored. Maurice
Kirk is going down that same long road, as are so many others.
Hitler is alive and well, but he is BRITISH, and hidden from view.
