ISRAEL'S PROBLEMS WITH CPS HAVE BECOME EUROPE'S PROBLEM
SEVEN JUDGES ARE NOW SITTING ON A CASE THAT GOT TO THE SUPREME COURT,
INCLUDING DORIT BEINISH, PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME COURT. THE CHILD OF
A
EUROPEAN ILLEGAL WORKER WAS TAKEN FROM HIS ISRAELI MOTHER AND PUT UP
FOR ADOPTION.
THE WELFARE AUTHORITIES SAID THAT THE FATHER'S WHEREABOUTS WERE
UNKNOWN EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW HIS NAME AND PARTICULARS ABOUT HIM.
He has taken his case to get his son back to the Supreme Court.
According to Israeli law they can only give a child up for adoption
without
notifying the parent if they parent is truly unknown and unreachable.
He has proven that our Welfare authorities knew his name and other
particulars about him and lied to the Court saying they knew nothing
about him
He was helping the Mother of his Son finanicially for a number of
years.
He is demanding that the Supreme Court return him his child from the
adoption.
Please do whatever you can in Europe to get the authorities there to
apply pressure to the Israeli gov't to clean up Social Services here.
It's a sewer – and, as you see, someone from another country can fall
into it too.
Israel brazenly flouts the Articles of the UN Convention on the Rights
of the Child, to which it is a signatory and enjoys the benefits of
being a signatory.
