Japanese Textile Exporters to the Middle East hold key...

In Osaka there are a number of Burmese, Pakistanis and Indians who
export textiles to South Asia and the Middle East. Funneling
Reflective Cloth through these trading companies might be a way to get
them on the market quickly. Japan might be a good manufacturer of
such cloth.
