I made the following schematic of my council-government constitutional
law proposal:

This council-government is accompanied with 2 other tracks of power:
Referendum law (direct power) and the electoral committee from which
the Head of State is found (stability of the nation).
These laws are meant for all peoples except certain first nations
who already have sufficient laws - although they might as well benefit
from it.
A key point in the council Government is: immediate and casual replacement
of any delegate (one of the original communist ideals for true
democratic government).
Whatever your misconceptions (such as capitalism or marxism) or
beliefs might be on the economic question, this council government
might still be useful and provide governmental stability to any form
of economic system.
