Hi All,
I'd like to announce a blog I'm starting dedicated to Zappa research.
I'm currently in the midst of a dissertation at UC Santa Barbara
looking at the music of Frank Zappa and thought it might be fruitful
to make an online presence for myself. I've posted here a couple of
times in the past and have searched the list many more times. Needless
to say, this newsgroup has been very helpful for my research! (My
continued thanks!)

I guess most blogs have a sort of self-congratulatory air about them,
but I'm really hoping that mine can be more collaborative. Feedback
and discussion are strongly encouraged! (I'm still in the beginning
phases of figuring out what I'd like the blog to become, so feel to
provide constructive criticism as you see fit.)
It's always a little shocking to see how little work is being done on
Zappa. If nothing else, this site is my small contribution towards
fixing this!
